Colombo, July 21 (Daily Mirror) – An elderly woman was accidentally jabbed with two doses of the Moderna vaccine today when she went for her inoculation at a center in Kandy.
After receiving the second injection, just moments apart from her first dose, she felt faintish and developed other complications.
She was vaccinated at the Ogastawatta vaccination center in Kandy where she was immediately provided preliminary treatment after which she was admitted to the Peradeniya teaching hospital.
